You could use nature ambiance videos such as this one to create a soothing atmosphere in your home or workplace. Many people use ocean sounds to trigger deep sleep patterns, as well as for white noise to block out unwelcome city sounds when they need to study or focus.
Relaxing nature videos are also a great way to unwind after a stressful day. Many people find that they are able to calm their minds by watching peaceful scenes like this which help them focus without letting their cares and worries overwhelm them. Hi Emma. Nice to hear from you. It's quite a remote beach within a national park so generally very quiet. On a bigger screen you will probably just make out a group of 4 people that come down to the shore for a bit and then later a couple, but they are are so far away we may as well call the beach ours. :) PS. Did you spot the local in the water? Right at the beginning of the video there is a seal playing in the water to the left of the scene.

Hi Chris! Doing well thanks. I've been filming quite a bit recently so will be able to upload more regularly from now on. Been missing it terribly, but wanted to wait until I had better video and sound equipment before doing more. I will now be able to produce videos that will do the scenes greater justice. Thanks! Yes that is something I'm very excited about for the future, but I think the technology isn't where I'd like it and streaming quality isn't quite good enough because as far as I understand it TH-cam would have to stream all the video from the 180 or 360 sphere at once, even though you're perhaps only looking at a small slice of it at a time. For this reason the image quality will be lower for most people with average internet speeds. I will keep looking into it though, and will definitely give it a go when the time comes.
@@PeacefulScenes I just bought a Vuze XR. It's true that the picture quality is not as good as the pictures you show us. However the immersive experience is very interesting...
