The lack of early grooming is the real problem as it relates to all of the questions being asked. The different stages of development and what each stage demands mentally, physically and spiritually, is the missing element, that has left so many people experimenting and exploring out of the safe place that God has ordained. 1. Am I a bad person for not wanting kids? My friends make me feel like a bad person.
2. I am glad you mentioned that the pain associated with the menstrual cycle, differs for each woman. You are correct when you say that the man needs to know what works for the woman. Also, the woman needs to communicate what she likes and doesn't like as well as her experience during that time so the man can help.
I have so much more to say but I will stop for now.

Yep . That medical advice on the period was IMPORTANT gentlemen... Sometimes the girl don't even know that it's a hormonal issue so encourage to go to the doctor please ! 🥺🥺. Period pain is okay but not the unbearable ones

Yes, young men, periods *are* really that bad. Please try and be understanding, offer some support. Symptoms differ as well; we are not just "bleeding and feeling some likkle pain". Lower back pain, thigh pain, nausea and upset stomach, vomiting, migraines, diarrhoea, fatigue, just to name a few others. Some serus bad feelings!!! The hormonal changes that are associated with menstruation can affect women in many ways, including the mood swings. We all become irritatable when unwell, imagine that. Many women are truly dealing with a lot during that time, especially the first few days.
Yesss it’s horrible for many!
