Don't think these are real high end equipment and buy them. Someone might have misguided the owners. MarantZ NR is network series.. its power rating is too low to power 7 speakers (even book shelves). ee size room ki Marantz 6015 is ideal. Its offline cost is 1.2 to 1.3L. I do not have much idea of what are the Q acoustics speakers - so can not really comment much.. But, 150W subwoofer is nothing. You will get 450 W Fyne audio 10 inch subwoofer at about 50K.. Excellent power to completely pressurize room. I liked the room and the work done there. But, the AVR, subwoofer are not good enough for this room.
Bro sorry but my opinion is QAcoustics are harsh for ears for long run. While choosing speakers I would prefer some speaker that are warm sounding for extended hours listening
