Very nice review Will & Dawn! What awesome hospitality they showed. First they gave you some very nice welcoming gifts for you being their first guests. Then they upgraded your room when the TV wasn't working. Both rooms were very nice but the second room with the nice balcony and a tad bit bigger room was so nice! The food at the restaurant looked delicious. I love fried green tomatoes, so I enjoyed seeing the different way they prepared them. They looked delicious and would feed a few people. The tomato on the hamburger looked really fresh. Most tomatoes on hamburgers in our area look and taste rather bland. I believe I like this Margaritaville hotel the most of all of those you have reviewed in the Smokies! There are now 3 in Pigeon Forge and one in Gatlinburg!

I loved the decor it is a great blend of the smoky mountains and the beach. You have the best of both The resort looks great. I love the colors in the rooms. The breakfast looked really good. I would love to stay at this place. Love the floors in the rooms. Love how spacious the rooms are and the shower for me is the WOW factor. Pool looks awesome. Those fried green tomatoes look mouth watering. Thank you for this review and Congratulations on being the first guests to stay. 💕
I got to be one of Margaritaville's biggest fans. However, this one EVEN though super clean, has to be at the bottom of the list of places to stay. If you got a camper, it could be "funish" I say with hand down stay at the other two resort. the one in Gatlinburg or the one at the Islands. I stayed at both and it feels more like what Margaritaville should be like. There is the staple resort in Hollywood Florida that they call their flagship resort. Pretty awesome. Yankeeinthesouth you did your job with showing off this place, great job. What I love about what you do, is it give a glimpse into what we can look forward to by staying at these resorts. You just saved this guy a ton of money going to this resort. The Margaritaville in Orlando Florida is HUGE, however is lacks the charm.

We stayed at the RV Resort at Camp Margaritaville back in September. Thank you for the Lodge tour!! It’s nice to see the finished product after seeing how much they were working on it months ago. We will definitely return!! Can’t wait to try out the lazy River!!
I loved this! Loved everything about Camp Margarettaville. What a perfect place for families with the RV park, the Grandparents could stay at the hotel, enjoy all the amenities of the hotel, & campground, still take in the sights of Pigeon Forge, wonderful relaxing atmosphere, just invites you in. Loved the Fins Restaurant. Dinning room really echoed peace, calm, relaxing, while breakfast was deliciously over generous to the start of your day. I've liked all the places you've been, honest. This is the "1" I loved the best for all types families, big or small. The "license to chill" price is well worth the immaculate hospitality you receive. "Life's a breeze".
Yum, green tomatoes! Wish breakfast could be included with the stay especially with kids.. Place looks really nice! Love balcony in second room...Even more fun when they get other pool/activitity areas done! Awesome welcome bag of gifts/souvenirs too!!

I would have never tried the fried green tomatoes cuz of the goat cheese and just wouldn't think the combination of things on it would be appealing. But now y'all got me curious! Lol. Thanks to your video we decided to go ahead and decide to book here during spring break next month. We will be bringing our travel trailer and staying on a spot on the campground. These days free breakfasts are not very good anymore in this case I think I'd rather pay $10 and get what we did or they could raise the price of the night and include it I'm just glad they had a decent breakfast thanks so much Christine
I didn’t realize this was being built and was going to have a hotel. While it looked really cool I don’t know if I will ever stay here. Looks a summer weekend will cost you about $600 total. I typically go for cheaper option since I’m never in the room. For that price I think a lot of people would go for a cabin or condo where it sleeps more people. Still cool to see it done and it’s a improvement from what was there before ].

The tomatoes looked next level for sure!! I do like the look and amenities. When I go to the mountains I want that mountain feel. I'd go to the beach if that was what I was looking for. If I ever do stay at one,I think I'd like the Gatlinburg one. If I could get a front facing balcony. This one will be a good place to stay with kids for sure ! When it is completed.
Will and Dawn Margaritaville new place look really nice and they upgraded y'all's room that was nice and the food looked really good too again if it wasn't for y'all showing people these hotels and places throughout Gatlinburg and pigeon forge lot of people would never get to see this keep up the good work guys God bless
We have stayed at the Margaritaville campground here in Georgia and it’s very nice.. The bathhouses have TVs in them. They also have a lot of activities in the summer including cookouts. They are very strict about the campground too, we have a new camper so it wasn’t a problem but old campers and tents are not allowed.
Beautiful atmosphere and decor breakfast looked nice and you can sing 🎵🎶in the shower 🚿 all you want 😃 sounds like my kinda place 🤗 Thanks Will and Dawn for bringing us this beautiful tour!! Margerittaville lodge is calling my name😂👍

The tomatoes looked next level for sure!! I do like the look and amenities. When I go to the mountains I want that mountain feel. I'd go to the beach if that was what I was looking for. If I ever do stay at one,I think I'd like the Gatlinburg one. If I could get a front facing balcony. This one will be a good place to stay with kids for sure ! When it is completed.
It will be an amusement park when all said and done. Very nice!😀❤️
Will and Dawn Margaritaville new place look really nice and they upgraded y'all's room that was nice and the food looked really good too again if it wasn't for y'all showing people these hotels and places throughout Gatlinburg and pigeon forge lot of people would never get to see this keep up the good work guys God bless

We have stayed at the Margaritaville campground here in Georgia and it’s very nice.. The bathhouses have TVs in them. They also have a lot of activities in the summer including cookouts. They are very strict about the campground too, we have a new camper so it wasn’t a problem but old campers and tents are not allowed.
