Ive got the map pole case and a maver 801 which is really tight for all the sections..so after seeing your excellent review im now going to purchase the maver pole case..cheers paul you've cost me more money😂😂
Hello paul i bought one of these after watching your video..what a disappointment it is...everytime there's a downpour it feels up with water no matter how its layed..loads of room but leaks terribly
It is an excellent sized hard case. I don’t think any of them are 100% waterproof, the Maver one is definitely more waterproof than the Cresta I had previously. I fish in all weathers and can honestly say I rarely notice any water inside mine.

are there 2 or 3 movable bits for the pole to rest on please paul ?
There are 3 sets of aligners for the pole sections, held in place with Velcro.
