Fun fact : he actually sang "I know" 26 times because he realized that he forgot to write a verse during the recording. When it was over, he wanted to quickly write one, but everybody in the studio told him to keep it. 😉

Friday, October 11 2019- This song played on the radio while my Dad, my daughter and I were driving to visit my Mom who was in the hospital succumbing from breast cancer. I remember thinking to myself “This is the day she leaves us”. She gained her wings that day at 4:55pm. Rest In Peace Mama. We love and miss you. 🙏🏽❤️🕊🥀

This song will forever remind me of my late dog. She passed away last summer. Some time after I was sitting in car as we drove past a beach I had taken her not so long ago, on a very special day as we had been on a roadtrip with just the two of us. And as I looked into the horizon, this song started playing on the radio... It hit me hard.
I was 13 when I got her and I took her everywhere I could with me. She was with me for 13 years. A very special dog, and the best friend and teacher I could've hoped for. Needless to say, I miss her terribly.
