Oof. Not a good box, the guy on the right seems to overreact to just basic jersey cards. The Jerome RPA is nice, as well as the Johnson patch and Irving redemption.

Why does everybody keep calling single color jersey cards patches? This seems to be trending with the newer collectors.... That box was crap in my opinion. Maybe 500.00 dollars worth of product in the box you opened. Then again these boxes should have sold for 750.00 to 1,000.00 retail. However, everybody seems to have gone stupid and are paying used car prices for these boxes now. Panini surely isn't putting 4,000 dollars worth of product in these boxes. Yeah, there is handful of big boy boxes. But at the cost it hurts when you don't hit. I will say it is refreshing to see people get excited about common cards like the Blake Griffin though. Seems like unless you pull a Luka, Lebron, Zion or Ja (maybe a few others) the prices on these national treasures boxes are hard to cover with what you actually get. That JOhn Wall and Kyrie Auto are the biggest hits IMO. I met John Wall when he played at UK, my friend was dating Daruius Miller on the backetball team and he and a few other players were hanging out, we drank ciroc and playec ard games til 2am LUL
The best were the old Gold Standard boxes from 2012. I got a bunch of good stuff, and hit 2 HOF LogoMan auto’s from Rolando Blackman and Al Attles. Not to mention the Kobe’s, Birds, and the solid golds they had floating around as case breaks.

How long have cards like this been produced? I searched pretty much all of the cards from your last opening on eBay and there is plenty that have sold for several hundred. What I’m interested in knowing is where the value comes from and if past year cards have already risen in value. To me it seems like a really big risk in the long run because while I’m sure a few cards will hold value and maybe increase over time but I can imagine that a whole lot of the cards will drop drastically in price.
The reason the price is so high is because there is a bounty on the Zion Williamson auto patch rookie that has the NBA logo man! The bounty is $500,000!!! Crazy risk with these boxes but no one has found that card yet it’s a 1/1.
I enjoy seeing NT breaks. But its hard to get back the value spent. A $4500 box and if youre unlucky, your pulls might add up to 800-1000 you can get back. Your box wasn't bad. The Printing plate, Kyrie, Blake, Cam johnson.. yall could maybe bank in on about $1200-1500. The only way someone is getting their value worth is pulling a Luka auto/patch # to 25 or less, Ja or Zion. That alone will go for more than the box. But awesome pulls still!

You guys should try a box of 2019-20 Spectra first off the line. It's expensive, I think around $2k at the moment. It has a garunteed RPA in it though and reasonably good ROI potential compared to a lot of other high end products. Only the FOTL version garuntees an RPA though so keep that in mind. ✌

Nice to see you get some pulls from my hometown Pistons. That Sekou rookie will hopefully get you some more value as he hopefully grows into a real deal. The Ja Morant green prism was a crazy pull that looks like a PSA 9 with the centering but that's a great card to hold onto over time.
Love it. You guys got some balls opening NT. Tough when you get good players but they just aren't valuable collecting wise. No body wants the PF, small guards, etc. and it sucks, but has always been that way. Dope green Ja!

Yep. U can grade most sports cards but the thicker ones tend to not grade as well. High chances of chipping and damages to corners

Great technique to put your thumb on the front of every card and slide it. Especially on Prizm.
