I am south Indian and used to travel alot by trains when I was a kid, so at that time we could afford only general class and had times stood inside toilet for 5-7hrs to reach destination and thought that was bad. Once I had to go to UP from Bangalore about 15years ago and never saw so much crowd in a train. I was in sleeper class and people were sleeping on the floor and standing thoughout the night. Conditions were pathetic then and now. I hope they introduce Amrit Bharat trains more and more lines towards eastern part of India from south to run more trains.
