2:00 Thanks for checking out the headphones I make! This was my second CanJam but the first time I brought my own designs. It was awesome seeing people try them, and getting the smiles, impressions and feedback. "They sound better than they should" was the general feedback which was funny. Hope more people can hear them, maybe at other headphone shows. I'm also a long-time Joshua Valour fan so stoked this would be the first video I've seen with my headphones.
@@alenotta On it. For those who don’t know, Zach from ZMF joked in his presentation that I should use Uncrustables in a headphone design. Zach is GOAT so I fully expect them to sound magical.
It was cool meeting you there briefly in the ZMF room. I always love watching your vids. My highlights of the show were probably Bokeh Open, Headamp CFA3, Hifi For All, Immanis, Diana DZ, Cayin Soul, Ray Samuels B-21. Sierra and Dunu Arashi surprised me. Pud's creations were so fun.
Heard Aperio twice in Munich (also spoke to the director of Warwick, who was very friendly and easy to talk to) and can't decide if I should sell my car and buy it instead. Best headphone experience to date.
Hey Joshua, just subscribed to you. I only started watching your videos about 2 months ago, and you already got me invested. I really do enjoy your videos and I hope you keep killing it 🔥🔥
It would've been funny if Joshua had trolled us by saying that the designer of the V2 headphones Josh hated, had punched Josh at CamJam for his bad review, and Josh being on camera with a fake black eye.
Interesting to see you say, that the T+A were bright headphones. The Solitaire P is known to be a rather dark headphone, which only gains a big Spike in the air frequencies again.
Definitely agree with you regarding the T+A headphones, it was such a weird combination of sounding bright and dull. It’s like you told someone to make an unresolving driver more detailed than the susvara and the only choice the designers had was to crank the treble. Not worth anything close to the sticker price.
Bummed I couldn’t make it to this CanJam to meet you Josh, I really hope you’ll be at some more CanJam’s in the future! Also curious on any updated HE-1 impressions you heard at the show. I know your original HE-1 video was a while ago.
@1fareast14 Hey bro! Was just thinking about you today! I was thinking, man, I wish I had his social or anything like that. Now I do. I sadly, didn't listen to any IEM's you requested me because I was listening to Amps and Dacs with my headphones that were super packed the day before but i still have your paper you gave me. not because I'm mean or anything, but I'm not into the IEM market. They make my ears incredibly itchy and sweaty after only 30 minutes to an hour of use. After I take them out, I have itchy ears for hours at a time. It most likely is the stock silicone ear tips that came with the KZ X CRIN PRO. I personally would rather have headphones that are close backs than that because I'm a headphoe guy. Also, im curious what else did you listen to when you left that booth?
Hi man, Great nostalgia feeling- till date my best experience was lg g7thinq paired with soundmagic e50c it was 50ohm impedance and sound was fantastic Presently just brought Aful performer 5 and about to pair with Tiandirenhe - ES Pro ES9318C DAC Dongle On my iPhone 14 Pro max Any tips n suggestions pls to maximise the listening experience?
I thought the stax 9000 was the weakest of the estat offerings at the show. Just zero bass and pure estat tuning. My experience with the t+a solitaire wasn’t as terrible but the price is cringy. It’s a sub1k headphone not a $4k+ headphone. And Josh is spot on about making friends. Generally great vibes and the experience is so much better with others.
14:32 It really pisses me off when a company releases a truly bad product that they know it is bad and they decide to lie to the public and themselves about it

Don't forget uncrustables pls!

Ayyy the reddit dude got featured! So happy for him!❤
3:00 This dude looks like Steve Jobs of headphone.
I was going to remark exactly that. You beat me to it. 😅
He is the Steve Jobs of headphones. Check out his website, he's the only real innovator in the space.
@@SoundMike Oh you guys will be happy to know that he knows that. Look up his airpuds.
IT'S PUD!
One of the best parts was being able to chat and hang out with guys like yourself! Agreed on that R70 Refine as well.

So glad Pud got to show off his creations. The man is unstoppable!
I came JUST to see the crazy Reddit headphone guy. Glad you showed him.
Glad to see Pud featured here!
Great show coverage, Josh! Was great seeing you at the show - wish we got the chance to talk gear, but hopefully next time 🤘
That's the most ridiculous looking pair of cans I've ever seen.
Cool. Ill be at the Dallas Canjam next month can't wait.
It was great meeting you and talking at the show!
I cannot wait for the Meze 105, the 109 Pro is a dream for me but damn they are expensive
it was great seeing you at CJ.
Heard Aperio twice in Munich (also spoke to the director of Warwick, who was very friendly and easy to talk to) and can't decide if I should sell my car and buy it instead. Best headphone experience to date.
This one though is new version Aperio GSE, there are some tuning and hardware changes
The 1k bump killed it for me. I've become so acute at listening to that region that when I hear those nasally vocals, it's an immediate no.
as soon as i saw them i was waiting for the mention of the nipple knobs cuz i knew it was coming
Hey! It was awesome getting to hang out with you at CanJam! If you want, I'm happy to send you the Omegas as well as both styles of the tungstens 🙂
It was great tbh. Everyone was enjoying the show and having a great time, talking about all kind of things
I am glad you covered ampsandsound. I have a Mogwai and Susvara in my setup. I really enjoy the combo.

Yeeaaah them headphones definitively looks designed by someone saying that the speed of light is increased when it's heated.

T+A opinion surpriced me. I have heard T+A products many times and I liked it a lot. At the same time I am high sensitivity type.
No mention or impressions for the Audeze CRBN 2 shown at 00:00:02?
thanks dms for bringing one valour to the show
Im the guy that talked to you about the soundstage of HE1000se vs Arya organic, your the best!
I think you mentioned something similar to me at the symphonium booth. Did you get to listen to any of the iems I pointed you toward?

What was the takeaway regarding those two headphones?
@@harackmw HE1000 Unveiled Was Very Much mine I'm buying once I get enough money to get one. That's how good it is!
@@The-Oreo-Man oh sorry, I thought this was about the Organic and the HE-1000se
Really holding back the HE-1000 Unveiled and Susvara Unveiled impressions aren't ya ! Interested in your opinions!
I got some and talked to him about stuff!
I've been waiting for this video!
Wow, missed the Mass Kobo both. You missed out on an icon.
JOSH...What was the tube amp that DmS' headphone plugged into?
Nice video Joshua. Did you get a chance to listen to HFA's Dhalias?
HFAs Dhalia! So good! Looking forward to hearing it at home
One of the highlights of the show for me, Dhalia is really freakin good

Couldn't imagine anyone spending serious money towards a GoldenShower product
I really didn't like the Aperio when I tried it. Ear gain region didn't sound right to me.
interesting. To me that was the best headphone I ever heard
For me it’s the best too
It's not just you. I think most commenters love their wonky AF ZMFs, so they normalised to how uneven it is in the lower mids.
Whats that Amp at 0:38 ?
Feliks audio envy 20th anniversary edition it’s like 17 or 20k I forget
Looks like a Feliks Audio Envy but could be wrong.

but did you get a taco?
So Aperio is now better than Sennheiser HE-1?
Lol, going from dcs and calling ampsandsound luxury / expensive. You know they're cheaper than the dcs, right?
It’s only only!!! 40.000$ nothin special it’s so cheap lets bay 50 hahahahah hahahah?
Stuff looks very unfordable, especially in our economic downfall. For middle class not the rich attendees.
