The bridge pickup looks like jazz bass spacing. The neck looks not like jazz bass spacing. Some twenty-four fret basses have a shorter body for the scale to work out. I cut a slot on my Mitchell TB505 because I had some EMG 40hz pickups laying around from ebay. I found the best positions that worked for me. That took a good sounding bass to a whole new level. I put a ramp between the pickups to hide the cutout.
