Well, this 900$ case and that Japanese 1000$ PSU would go well together.
Also get one of those 6950X's which is about 1700 and a 700 dollar MOBO. Also, 2 GTX Titan X(P)'s.

Yeah plus a 6950x, TITAN X(P)x2, some $500 mobo, crazyest RAM u can find, custom loop for CPU, GPU, RAM, VRM, chipset and PSU(not sure if its possible for all of those), at least 10TB of solid state storage and ..yeah I guess that'll do (lol)

if you are into inwin cases this is actually not bad. my 909 cost around 450 lol and that was cheap

You guys don't understand the purpose of this case by the comments i see here.
The project 217 is the one for you (and me).
The Elite is meant to be inaccessible to you and only meant for extreme system builders who do over the top custom rigs with the most high end specs that no one would even dare attempt to buy.
They don't expect to sell a whole lot of them as i'm pretty sure to manufacture something of this nature takes time and more human resources than the usual. You're paying for materials, human labour and development costs.
Consider this a sort of 'concept' and example to follow for future Phanteks designs and features. Those who want it now will pay premium.
Also Kayle didn't mention (i think) but the Elite can hold up to two separate builds inside the case (again, i think).
So there arent 200 - 300 dollar cases that has just as many features?
zionlee1004 Hm, by the size and thickness of those radiators and the bottom features, all in aluminum, no. There isn't one who has it all. There is in the price bracket of 400~500 dollars tho, so you may complain this case is around 400 dollars more expensive. Tho i'm still not sure even those are as customable as this one.
Every piece in the interior is removable or replaced by whatever you want. Usually even expensives cases like the one Jay Z Two Cents has don't have it.
TL;DR- If you buy a case like this, you most likely won't need a new one for at least a decade and half unless you get bored of it's visuals.
This case is so darn large and heavy it literally says in the product info it is delivered on a pallet and requires two people to receive the product! WOW "Please note: Due to the immense size and weight of this case, it can only be shipped on a pallet and will need two people at the destination to unload. "
Yeah, I'm think about buying several of those Enthoo cases for a few micro ATX air cooled builds I'll be doing for folks just browsing the web. It looks suitable for that.
Seeing Phanteks come out with one excellent case after the other is one of those rare few moments that makes you proud to be Dutch...

I was never more satisfied with a computer part, as I was with my Phanteks case! Building a PC in one of their cases is a joy. I couldn't afford this case, though!

NEEDED ADD ON that should be included. Magnetic mat that can be cut and used to cover unsightly openings. Such as the rear wall vents etc. This way if that portion of the case is not used it can be covered easily for a TRUE CUSTOM finish.
With all these RGBs everywhere its Xmas all year in kyle's house.

A lot of folks here are raging over the price.
However, it is simple. If you don't want to pay the price, don't pay the price. To me, this case is godly, and well worth the price - it's likely to see more than one system build and will probably last quite a few years. This isn't some plastic pile of crap. It's a showpiece.
Also, I live in Australia. A lot of high end components already cost upwards of $1000...so meh.

You're probably going to put high end hardware in a case like this, which can cost well over 900...

Hygiene Sure, but that's not the point. If you're an enthusiast with enough disposable income to justify getting a $900 case, you probably will have the most high end hardware components, probably with custom water loop and all going in this case. It won't make sense if your case alone is just as expensive as all the other hardware components. The one getting this case will probably have 6950X, 2x Titan X Pascal, etc etc.

The blow about 150USD just on that packaging xD For a premium case I am a bit disappointed they didn't just jump the shark and go for 3K or something. Might as well, only 0.00001% will pay 1K for a 1K case, can't imagine those same people wouldn't shell out 3K for it. Exclusivity sells itself :D
I was originally going to buy this case, but they aren't releasing it in silver. I was really hoping for it in silver. Then I also saw the Lian Li PC-V3000, and, decided that's a much more reasonable chassis.
that handy travel box probably accounts for 70% of the price.

Sooo most over the top pc would be: This $900 case, i7 6950X for $1700, titanium MoBo for what, $500, $1000 GPU by corsair, that Asus 4K HDR freesync monitor for $2000, that 60GB SSD by seagate (good knows how much). Woow, who needs a house when you can have a PC for tens of thousands
Beautiful case, and I'm sure it will sell well in its target market (people cross-shopping with CaseLabs cases). Not for me, though. Don't think I could justify the $600 premium over the (admittedly much older) Corsair Obsidian 900D.

I guess I just don't understand the value proposition. It seems like the Enthoo Primo already does a lot of this stuff and costs about a quarter. The two system stuff makes no sense at this price, either, because you could buy a Primo and nearly any ITX case and spend less than half of what this costs. And it doesn't have that baller-ness look that a 900 dollar case should have. Am I way off here?

I think the $1500 case that has a laser grid and opens itself with the press of a button is better. I think it was an in-win? That thing is a spaceship.

You really need to figure out your auto focus on your camera. This has been a few episodes it is over focusing and coming back. Minor but can be quite annoying to the eyes.

For that price range I'd go with Caselabs. I know "omg, but tempered glass", but youll want that WHEN (and if) you got a monster of a rig. You wont spend 900 bucks on case and 700 on a PC itself. For around 300 bucks you get a 900D and mod shit out of it or like stated before go wild and get Caselabs case. Some new design, tempered glass as a whole side and those (yet again) RGB lightning puts me off rather than price. Still prefer simplicity than Xmas tree or Circus in/as my case.

I may be in the minority here, but any case that doesn't have an optical drive bay is a deal breaker for me, also this thing is about 600 dollars more than I'd ever consider paying for a case.
