Its one of the scenarios in a TvT match where if one player begins to use a cluster of vultures, then the best (and fastest and best costly) way for the opponent to come up with a quick counter-attack is to also get some vultures. Then the other player gets more, then the other player gets more and before you know it, it's a vulture battle. They're first out of the factory, quick to make, deal 20 a piece, have mines, are immune to mines, super fast, and all that for only 75 mins. Not a bad deal.
