Also, I enquired about the free gate transport facility i.e. the e-rick I guess as mentioned by you however, the sales team informed me that they do not provide anything like that.
The facility was provided till April 2022 and they discontinued this free service

Depends on your requirements and needs. Personally I feel Wave have better layout and green space and Aditya is better in terms of daily needs market.

Bhai, kya aap bata sakte hai, aapne ghar kab book kiya tha aapne aur aapko ghar ka possession kab mila tha? I also booked a flat in Wave City-Executive Floors in January this year.
Definitely, we booked on 27th Dec 2020 and got the possession on 24th Jan 2022 (after 1 year and 1 month)

Each flat has been sanctioned 3KVA load. Base price is Rs.120/KVA and Rs 200 for DG. So each month Rs.360+200 is fixed. Rest Rs.7/Unit and for DG it is around Rs.23/unit
