Congrats on the upgrade! Wife and I have had one for two years: back and forth on it but we like it over all. Our tips, if you don’t mind my saying - Get a second urine jug & don’t delay on changing the peat moss out as instructed or you may get tiny bugs all over. No fun Otherwise we use an ICB tote to empty into and seems to last 2 year between totes for final composting. Hope you enjoy your toilet! Works great to use urine as a fertilizer!

@@tnthomesteading FABULOUS tip on emptying the urine bottle before driving!!! We do plan on having the urine collection diverted to a holding tank under the van (eventually).
Sorta, we could, but the whole unit comes out to empty the waste, do we'd be connecting and disconnecting every time we needed to empty it. The tank is easier. But something to think about if it becomes an issue

Nice upgrade Terry. Any way to connect a hose to the urine side, let it run out into outside receptacle?
