We were living in that little apartment for so long I think there is grammatically mistakes the correct sentence should b we had been living in that little apartment for so long

I moved to my own house 9 years ago but it isn't completely done yet,the 3rd floor isn't done which was supposed to be my room so I took my grandma's room as my room also the 2nd guest room and the attic isn't done yet,also there is outdoor guest chatting areas which aren't done yet either,the indoor chatting place which was supposed to be after the first set of stairs from the 3rd floor isn't over yet either,I don't really want to go to the 1st floor because it's a student dormitory however, it's still pretty abandoned,the ceiling paint of the bathroom is falling apart,also the the kitchen cabinet is cracked,the electrical line is way too dangerous to touch but in case of installations students can prevent electrocution by just turning off the main electrical line,the house do have balconies,I have two balconies,there was supposed to be 3 with the 3rd one in the 3rd floor which will be very big which is kind of not over yet.🏚️
