A tip for the Creami is to use some xanthan gum. Just like 1g per pint really helps with the texture. I’ve been loving using mine. Also for the different settings if the recipe is low fat you may want to use the lite ice cream or sorbet setting.

With the icreami, you may want to try letting the mix warm a little out of the freezer before mixing it. Sometimes if the mixture is too frozen/hard, the texture is crumbly and not creamy.

Low calorie chocolate ice cream : 1/2 pint of Fairlife 2 % milk/ half almond milk, vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons of Dutch cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix( 1/4 teaspoon xantam gum if you have( makes it very creamy) not necessary. 2 tablespoons of monk fruit sugar substitute mix with mini blender freeze spin on lite ice cream setting respin enjoy!

hi MeiMei! i wonder if the watermelon one came out that way because of the high water content, making it more crystallized and less smooth than the peach or pineapple
Could you show how you wash the Ninja in between making the different flavors?
Is the machine easy to clean and maintain?
I think the fruity ones taste more creamy bc of the pulp, pectin and fiber.
With the tea flavored one, it's basically just flavored water so you probably have to add a lot more heavy cream/condensed milk to get the thickness (or you can try xanthan gum-that's what commercial ice cream makers usually add to their products).
Watermelon is mostly water so that's why it was less creamy than the pineapple or peach.
You could try mixing watermelon with a complementary fruit that has slightly less water content like strawberry or maybe add some sugar syrup and greek yogurt. Suagr syrup will also help to make the end product more creamy.

you're inspiring me to be more creative with creami recipes, your ideas seem so yummalicious !! :) the one thing I suggest with ice cream type recipes to prevent the icyness is an agent of sorts to help it turn out more creamy! so definitely use heavy cream like you said-- but I also see a lot of ninja creami recipes including cream cheese as well!! you barely taste it and definitely does help 👍💕

Hey MeiMei, i love your content. I wanted to give you advice so hopefully you see this. Don’t simply respin every time. If you used sorbet the first time, hit sorbet again for it to get creamy faster in less spin. I also found that smoothie bowl spins the fastest and is a good setting for Kreami’s that aren’t smoothies.

Hi!!! Love your videos! I’ve been playing with the creamie! My favorite is chocolate! I also get fresh blueberries and strawberries cook it down until it’s a nice liquid consistency for about 15 mins I add a li lemon juice monk fruit sweetener 2 tablespoons let it cool I blend it and add to container. I think it best to add more sweetener it’s never sweet enough! It’s an intense berry sorbet! I have a few recipes for you!

To defrost frozen salmon very quickly, just put portions of vacuum sealed salmon in big bowl of cold, tap water on counter.
Go prepare your sides for the meal.
After about15-30 min, voila.
Retrieve salmon from water, remove packaging, pat dry, season and cook 😄 YUM!
Fruit pebbles: Fairlife milk, 1 scoop of fruity pebbles protein powder, ( or they sell fruity pebbles syrup) 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar free pudding mix, sweetener of choice freeze and mix on lite ice cream setting respin 1-2 times mix in fruity pebbles cereal or just top with it! We love it on a waffer cone with rainbow sprinkles! The cone gives you that cereal feel and taste👍😊

I'm pretty sure you're suppose to leave those containers out to thaw for 10-15 minutes so that you don't have to add more liquid.
When you spin straight from the freezer thats when you get the crumbles.
You should try just super ripe frozen bananas in the creami. Because they are so sweet it doesn’t need any sugar and they are so creamy without any milk or cream 🍌 I’m excited to see more creations!
I’ve found that with the milk ball cookies, if you preface it with what flavor/texture to expect people enjoy it a lot more
