Hi Chris a great video again! Some times its just what it is Chris. Thats hunting! Not a shooting range. But as always u dont disse point and i wich u a big Waidmannsheil from Holland to this nice roebuck📯🌿 Thanks for taking us with u. Hopefully we will meet sometime! Greets from Holland
As usual a lovely presented video and thank you for sharing it with us. I'm an English Ex Pat living in NZ (35yrs) and as a hunter too, I watch TH-cam channels like yours because I miss the British countryside. I hunt with a Tikka T3X 243 Aspire, fortunately we are not being forced to use copper projectiles just yet. I was surprised to hear your reluctance to use the copper round on one of those reds, so why and what weight were they please? I use only 90grn Hornady ELD-X projectiles with 3050fps and shoot out to 400yds max. Recently I culled a young stag with deformed antlers at 355yds, plus two fallow does from 375yds without any problem. Mind you I had good calm weather when they were taken! I'm looking forward to the video's on dressing deer.
Our roe bucks up in Scotland seem.to.go to ground after the rut and don't really start to show again till mid September was out stalking last week and seen 10 does before dark then went camping for a fox and counted 47 roe in the thermal after dark
As Spartan have released their own quads sticks that work well with the bipod attachment it makes sense for me to use their sticks. The Blaser ones have been very good though.
Your ear defenders aren't in properly. A) They won't offer the protection. 2) They might fall out. C) They'll create friction spot. 4) You might get feedback if on and draw unwanted attention. NHS Audiologist in the know.
Thanks for your comment. They are fitted as per the manufacturers direction and I haven’t experienced any issues as you suggested but I’ll double check with Cens just incase there is a problem.
Good to see you back on TH-cam. Looking forward to more of the same.

Why don’t have the Blazer sticks anymore Chris.
