Start your Kali Machine without connecting the adapter, when the machine is completely on then connect it and go to Device>USB and select your adapter. Also, try installing Extension pack of the virtual machine.

Seems you are using latest version of Kali Linux...yes there is some issue and I am working on that

Not yet...the driver keeps updating....I suggest u to switch to another adapter like TP Link AC600

You have to plug in your wireless adapter before executing this command. Then the module will loaded and you can execute successfully.
