Tendering can be defined as; a purchasing procedure whereby potential suppliers are invited to make a firm an offer of the price and terms on which they will supply specified goods or services which, on acceptance, shall be the basis of the subsequent contract.
At its simplest sense tendering is the process by which suppliers are invited to put themselves forward for a contract.

Hi, I do sell car trackers,I have tried so many times to approach this big companies for the contracts, but have failed.which is the best process to reach them and win please advise.
Big companies have a lot to lose which is why they tend to ignore dealing with unknown suppliers also the bureaucracy can be a nightmare so start with small wins that way two things happen
1) You have cashflow to finance big tenders if and when you land them
2) You have a proven record that your system works
thanks, good job.

Another question, which is the best way to approach a company that has not even posted it's tender .
As a supplier you will just have to approach organizations with unsolicited proposals. Just write a simple proposal showing how cost effective your solution is to their problems.
Work on making your brand known which is why you should be having some social media presence in your market this will help sell your brand.
It sounds simple but you have to execute… remember you are in b2b market so you should start hunting down these companies in Linkedin.
Cheers!
