Die Entwicklung des Menschen ist noch längst nicht abgeschlossen - die zu erweitertem Bewusstsein führende "neurologische Revolution" steht erst noch bevor. Um den Menschen nicht auf dem Stand eines bio-mechanischen Roboters verkümmern zu lassen predigte der US-Psychologe Timothy Leary den Gebrauch von LSD als Technologie, die es ermöglicht, das zellulare Wissen unserer DNA anzuzapfen.
Zu Beginn der 1990er tourte der Vorreiter der psychedelischen Bewusstseins-Revolution- und Forschung durch Europa. Das Gleichnis, welches er hierbei zwischen den Welten der Fantasie, den psychedelischen Rausch und Heilpflanzen und dem digitalen Reich der neuen Medien (Cyberspace) herzustellen vermag ist einzigartig und der damaligen Zeit weit voraus.
Begleitet und unterstützt wurde Dr. Leary durch seine Gäste Terence McKenna (Schamanismusexperte), John Perry Barlow (Greatful Death Songwriter) und Mal Seaholz (Mathematiker).

Human evolution has not endet yet - the `neurological revolution, which leads into an expanded consciousness, lies still ahead. With the intent to help humans to overcome their robotic being and behaviour Prof. Timothy Leary suggested the usage of LSD as a technology that would enable us to tab into the cellular embedded knowledge of our DNS.
At the beginnings of the 90's the pioneer of psychedelic consciousness-revolution and - exploration was touring in Europe.
His linking of phantasy worlds, the psychedelic realm of experience and the digital Cyberspace was unique and cutting-edge science.
Tim Leary was accompanied & supported by his friends and guests
Terence McKenna (shamani Psychonaut), John Perry Barlow (Greatful Death songwriter) und Mal Seaholz (mathmatician).

Amazing to find this on YT. I helped organise this event with friends in Heidelberg and thought it was only a distant memory 'till I saw this. After the show a dozen of us had a chat with Tim in a back room. I was the only one with any weed and he appreciated that. After about 45mins some little girls poked their noses in through the door and he gave a big smile and went off with them. We'd set up with him in the afternoon but now he was leaving. Before he left he asked me "What do you want me to write?" I didn't understand at first but I realised that he was offering his autograph. The whole theme had been "think for yourself" so I said this phrase expecting him to come up with something clever. He wrote "think for yourself"... hahaha. He was human too. I still have his autograph and keep it in my copy of "Alice In Wonderland".

The idea that i was alive during this moment, sharing the planet with these beautiful minds, that in this moment they were so close to me (i'm from the Netherlands) and i didn't understand the value of that untill they were both gone maddens me.
This is how Revolutions are truly created. Revolution - True Revolution isn't about violence... It's about becoming your own God and carving your own destiny!! I had the honor of meeting Timothy Leary in 1994 - with how Psychedelics have affected my life, I can only have the deepest respect for one of the Pioneers that carved the road to Enlightenment -- and Terence McKenna had such a clear and amazing view of how his experiences shaped his life and that Truth came through so precisely in his voice -- It resonates on such a deep level within me!! :)

This is beautiful. Towards the end with Tim shining in the light is nearly angelic.
I have to say, Terence McKenna speaks so eloquently on the human experience, in all its many forms. I can.. And have listened to many of his talks without tiring. He's among a hand full of people that I admire for there contribution to the human race.. Or crawl as it may appear some times.
