Ok first you are wrong second that is a dirt bike so are gas dirt bikes allowed on the streets? I think not so yes it shouldn't be permitted & third, you have no pedals which is a dead giveaway it's not a question of power but more of proper use dirt bikes are meant for off-road but hey if cops tolerate you s*** I would get one to to ride in the streets but here it's not
@@mustbee-bike994 definitely a dirt bike but an electric one. Agree on that. Second, is yes, gas & electric dirt bikes are tolerated in Philly. Not sure exactly what you’re saying on the last point but I think my point was that you just can’t bring a gas powered dirtbike on the train.
