Saw this a long time ago, but was reminded about it just today by the Quickly Kevin podcast......Great doc.
Mick Really was an Irish legend. Some commitment and passion
Thank God this was made ... Am very proud of Mick and all he done with Ireland, Wolves, Sunderland and every honest quip/Comment from his honest mouth, am proud to call him a son of Ireland... Thanks to Off The Ball(newstalk 106fm in ireland) for putting me on to this
In fairness to McCarthy, I didn't agree with him at times but he's very honest and he deserves respect for that if nothing else
Never even knew about this till Quickly Kevin.. very interesting
Great show and a great documentary!
👍
Never knew this existed, thanks for the upload
Jeez that hug at the end with the missus, powerful
Comes across as a quality individual, Mick.
@@Div4Dante Maybe watch it. I think he's far from a bully. More in the guise of Jack Charlton than Keane. He doesn't seem embittered by things in the way Keane does.
54:08 was an Irish throw in
God im depressed as an irish soccer fan these days
Coached a great brand of football and let's be honest have not seen anything close to it since however he did have a better pool to pick from.
Great doc
McCarthy is the Barnsley version of bubbles from trailer park boys
If it was a 1 leg playoff against Belgium surely away goals wouldn't have come into it?
Mick McCarthy had no pace, he was so slow at running.
I think everyone in the world would want to punch him!!
Found this after the latest episode of Quickly Kevin spoke about it. Good watch.
Just watching it before I listen!
Same here!
