Key highlights on how to use this deck
- Optimal starting play is quilboar to get middle chest
- Take advantage of the ultimate lane control aspect of Baron to get gold mines, deny enemy miners with unbound units where possible, they will try to go for lanes where there are no skeletons.
- Circle huntress across the bridge (or land safe pilot), so it can kill units below the bridge (if you don't have a good hand to compete for chest), Join the far right lane with Baron to make a push downhill.
- Cycle Skeleton party a couple times on chests or defence if you are using the Corpse run talent, then you get go for their side or main tower if their splash units are out of cycle or if they are low on gold.
- Vs unbound Arcane to reveal stealth units (especially Maiev) where necessary, use Baron to tank Maiev.
- Vs Baron, figure out what talent they have, if also chill of the grave, then fight for gold control, and play passive at the start to figure out their supporting units, eg Abomination or banshee or gargoyle? And counter accordingly
- Vs Hogger control gold and Banshee can take hogger even late game, since it's clean fight. This won't work in Hero's resolve. Can be aggresive early before his hogger gets strong.
- Vs Rend/mother drake Huntress is your defence anchor, they will distract with quilboar, placement is important. be aggressive getting middle chests because they have limited ground units. Banshee also great at taking control of Rend.
- Vs Murkeye, Arcane blast twice to kill Murkeye upon spawn. It will kill even 2 levels down. IE double tap Arcane level 7 will kill a Murkeye that's level 9
- Vs other leaders, control lane/gold and and you will be half way to victory already. - เกม

Would you recommend this Baron build over a “Gargoyle Pressure” build?
I think I misread your question, yeah I would pick this deck over any Gargoyle deck for this map
8:25 Cow dash can be countered by placing a Mini very close to her. This way you could posses her
In hindsight I think the best and safest play would be baron first to tank, and then Banshee top right corner and take the drake. There was a harpy, rend and tauren altogether in a mob should’ve avoided the left side

Thanks for the tips. I need to pause your gameplay a lot and think through your plays more sconce they’re different from what o would’ve done. I’m learning a lot.
In the future I can try doing some videos where I pause and explain in more detail why I make certain moves. It’s not possible to do this live since so much is going on. Need to wait for them to implement a replay system though ideally

@@dandimit8463 yeah fore sure, right now it's very hard to learn interactions, especially for spells because you can't tell what level the spell is

how do you level your army levels? i thought you could only do that in dungeons? and undead didnt have their dungeon week yet. Is this an old video? or is there another way to upgrade those
This game was soft launched in a few countries in late August, that's when I started playing.

Everything is temporary if you don’t have talents, because the interactions are different. In general this is going to be better than other decks or leaders with no talent
At the beginning for the murkeye game, you said it’s level 7; how do you know what level your opponent is at?
I scroll up and look at their tower before battle starts

Haven’t done videos yet on this map, Will get around to it soon, have done them in the last map though, basics doesn’t change, wolf and polymorph for murkeye is a must. Safe/egg/quilboar/skeleton party for Maiev.
so can u explain how does the levels work in pvp ???? and how do u know their level before the game starts ??
It’s your actual level divide by 3 rounded up. eg 18 = 6, 19 = 7, at the start I scroll up and you can see the level of their tower
Can I run this with zero talents? or what would you recommended for 0 talents around 2k pvp
You would only be talentless for probably 2-4 weeks playing this game. It’s a very short time. After that it’s forever going to be with talents. So I wouldn’t worry about team composition right now. Just focus on progressing the campaign to get gold. And doing quests to level up your units. Early on just use whatever is highest level. But if given the option you can level these units up. The goal should be to increase collection level by unlocking all units asap. After 5 weeks Ie 1 round of every faction dungeon you ll get a better feel for the game and who you want to focus on. This is to give you guys an idea what the talents look like in battle so you can decide what you want to invest in
Looks cool, does anyone know how you get stars for new leader? I won Baron last from finishing normal campaign and could not get any stars since 2 days in Grid (also invested tons of gold into grid) or else for new leaders to upgrade. Wtf 😅
Every week it’s 1 faction only, in the dungeon section you can see the order. Next week is black rock, and undead is the one after. So you can buy undead leaders in the grid at that time

Can someone explain to me what or how come units are lvl 4 pr 7 or 8 in game? and how do you level them up? for PVP
Pvp level is your actual divide by 3 rounded up. Eg level 18 would be level 6 in pvp and level 19 would be level 7

@@AvocadoDrexx it’s debatable, late game when I am 3 levels higher. It can also sometimes throw opponent off, after 1 level or 2 the chain lightning can’t kill it, after 3 levels some other interactions change also. Whereas 5 man they can do the same thing to counter it everytime
Played against my forst baron with mages and it was terrible, couldn't do anything

its a bit unfair people who got early access get to keep there decks, if i knew this i would never of started playing. GOod videos though some nice deck
In pvp it’s level capped (1,3,5)until 3000 honour, you can easily enjoy 50-100 games per leader without feeling disadvantaged by levels

Stealing the giant from murkeye with the Banshee was a crime 😂. That poor murloc player
Banshee is the biggest gamble in the game, if you get it you might win straight away and if you fail it you ll lose straight away 😂

Bad against armored Decks
Armor units are mostly single melee, banshee takes care of that easy. Let’s also not forget Baron himself does elemental damage, chilling grave skeletons are also elemental, not to mention safe pilot, skeleton party, arcane blast.

A lot of climbing in this game at the top level is just putting up with queue times, not skill. Calm down son
