Actually, people understand Harris' statements very well indeed; every time she speaks, we clearly hear her announcing: "I have no idea why I am here - and I have no idea what I'm saying."
She is no different now than she was before being elected. I always felt she was a party hostess who knew nothing of politics instead of someone who was knowledgeable and capable enough to be VP.

For those people who are not familiar with the way Kamala came up through the ranks in CA politics, look up the name Willie Brown. I have 2 daughters who have done well in the professional fields they have chosen, and both of them (they are democrats) despise VP Harris for the way she slept her way up the ladder. Women are fighting against this harassment, which still goes on, and our current VP is the prime example of how NOT to rise up through the ranks.
