For a first cut, and using a second-hand flymo, that was actually not a bad cut. Subsequent cuts will get easier as long as you do it regularly, like every two weeks, or weekly over the Summer months. I like your garden; it has a little querky character, with Tulips growing splendidly and substantial decking with wooden shed storage, this makes a lovely English garden with plenty of potential! Thank you so much for your comments. We like this garden from the previous owner who did put quite much effort in forming this garden.. I guess I have to put more effort into it like what you said, cutting the grass more regularly. I overseeded on the patches and hoping to see some new grass in 10 day？！🤞🤞
