【あじさい2024】あじさい園のライトアップ!!ぶらり旅 第451回「京都府:三室戸寺」-アクセス,駐車場,関西,宇治,雨-Mimurotoji Temple,hydrangea

ふらっと出かけた場所を紹介しようと思います。
2024年6月に京都府宇治市にある「三室戸寺」に行きました。
今回はライトアップ編です。

・三室戸寺　あじさい園ライトアップ
ライトに照らし出されたあじさいは幻想的です。
※注意
・昼夜入替制です。
16時40分までに一度下山する。ライトアップ開始までは入れません。
・ライトアップ時の拝観は、あじさい庭園のみとなります。
（本堂立ち入り不可）
・御朱印の授与は行っていません。
期間：2024年6月8日(土)～23日(日)　土・日曜日のみ
時間：19：00～21：00（20：30 受付終了）
拝観料：大人1,000円　小人500円
・三室戸寺
本山修験宗の別格本山。奈良時代の宝亀元年（770）、山中から黄金の仏像が発見され、光仁天皇の勅願によりこの仏を本尊として創建されたと伝わる。
創建以来、皇族や貴族の崇敬を集め、堂塔伽藍が整った。
現在の本堂は文化2年（1805）の建立で、西国三十三所霊場の第10番札所として巡礼者が絶えない。
花の寺としても知られ、5月のツツジ、6月のアジサイ、7月の蓮などが咲き継ぐ。『
源氏物語』の宇治十帖の浮舟にちなむ石碑もある。
拝観時間： 8時30分～16時30分（4月1日～10月31日）最終入山 15時40分
　　　　　8時30分～16時00分（11月1日～3月31日）最終入山 15時10分
拝観料：平常　大人500円　小人300円
　　　　2月～7月中及び11月中　大人1,000円　小人500円
拝観休止日：8月13日～18日、12月29日～31日

・Mimuroto Temple Hydrangea Garden Illumination
The hydrangeas illuminated by the lights are fantastic.
*Note
・There is a daytime/nighttime rotation system.
Please descend the mountain once by 4:40 p.m. You cannot enter until the illumination starts.
・Only the hydrangea garden can be visited during the illumination.
(Entry to the main hall is not permitted)
・No goshuin stamps are given out.
Period: Saturday, June 8th to Sunday, June 23rd, 2024, Saturdays and Sundays only
Time: 19:00-21:00 (reception closes at 20:30)
Admission fee: 1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for children
・Mimuroto Temple
A special head temple of the Shugen sect. It is said that in 770, the first year of the Hoki era during the Nara period, a golden Buddha statue was discovered in the mountains, and the temple was built with this Buddha as the principal image at the request of Emperor K?nin.
Since its founding, it has attracted the reverence of the imperial family and aristocrats, and the temple buildings have been well-equipped.
The current main hall was built in 1805, and as the 10th temple of the Thirty-Three Pilgrimage Sites of the Western Provinces, the temple attracts a constant stream of pilgrims.
It is also known as a temple of flowers, with azaleas in May, hydrangeas in June, and lotus in July blooming one after another. There is also a stone monument associated with Ukifune from the Uji Chapter of the Tale of Genji.
Visiting hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (April 1st-October 31st) Last entry at 3:40pm
8:30am-4:00pm (November 1st-March 31st) Last entry at 3:10pm
Admission fee: Regular Adults 500 yen, Children 300 yen
February-July and November Adults 1,000 yen, Children 500 yen
Visiting days closed: August 13th-18th, December 29th-31st

◎ Hydrangea illumination: Saturdays and Sundays only from June 8th (Sat) to June 23rd (Sun), 2024

Available parking times: 07:00-15:40 (07:00-20:20 when illuminated)
Parking fee: 1000 yen for the first 120 minutes (but 500 yen for every 60 minutes after that)
No maximum fee
There is a prepayment machine, so be sure to bring your parking ticket.
