My all time favorite band. I've seen them play in a number different venues over the years. Lemmy has said, when you leave on of their shows, your ears should be bleeding. RND, I think watching and listening to the video you can see why. Great reaction !
I'm so happy that your first comment after it stopped was a shout out to the drummer, because we all love Lemmy and we all love everything about motorhead, but I absolutely totally dig "Philthy Animal" on drums. Crazy intense energy and so good.
Whoo-Hoo, freaking Motorhead and the legendary Lemmy Kilmister! I was lucky to see them twice, first time they opened for Ozzy Osbourne when he still had Randy Rhodes on lead guitar, that show was very loud and killer BUT the 2nd time they headlined a large bar and we knew we were in for it as soon as they turned on their amps and did a quick sound check, a few minutes later they blew us out of there, loudest show I ever heard because they were in a confined space, some were running for the exits after the the first tune. We were just a few feet from Lemmy, unforgettable experience, he was nuts that night, spitting out lyrics and asking us if it was loud enough, LOL! More Motorhead, do Overkill Live next, it will blow you away! Enjoy. 🔥🎵🎸🎤🎶🔥
During the guitar solo notice the hair flowing in the wind. That wasn't a wind machine, that's Motorhead summoning a storm with their arcane magic/music. Try, Bomber, by them, it's footage from the same concert and follows on from Ace Of Spades. You'll see more of the storm they're summoning.
I've met all of Motorhead on various occasions except for guitarist Fast Eddie Clarke. One time we met them in MIchigan in 1987 and it was my friend's 18th birthday, Lemmy handed him a tallboy beer in a can. My buddy said, "i'm not old enough to drink" and Lemmy said, "you are in England, mate".
Lemmy was a great lyricist and a larger than life rock n roll character. There was a nice professional documentary about his life called Lemmy, check it out. Motorhead was the only band the punks and the metal heads both liked in the old days. They were the godfathers of speed and thrash metal, though Lemmy always said "we just play rock n roll, just louder and faster than everyone else." So many great songs: Overkill, Orgasmatron, Killed By Death, In the Name of Tragedy, Sacrifice ...
Dead mans hand in poker is two black aces and two black eights, the hand that wild Bill Hickok held when he was shot dead.. Great band , great reaction.
It's, just "Aces & Eights" (doesn't have to be the black suits) and, point-of-fact: it is unknown what cards Wild Bill was holding at the time he was shot (if any), but: that has become the legend, now (and, from there, as you state: the figurative "dead man's hand"). ...but yeah 👍👍👍
I still remember the very 1st time I heard this song Re. I was 14 yrs old, in 1985. Watching “Head Bangers Ball” on MTV. In about one of the worse places you could put a kid. It was called “Pine Hills School for Boys”. In Montana (My State)- it was the place they put underage youth awaiting Prison. My Probation Officer put me there for…. “Youth in need of Supervision”. I was on probation, and got caught swimming in our towns local swimming pool, at Midnight. 2-1/2 months! Try explaining that to, well Very bad criminal Kids.
good track ' the aussies say fosters lager is proberly the best lager in the world ' im the same with this song ' its proberly the best song in the world ' RIP lemmy🌹 again good song ' THANKS 🏴🇬🇧
I WISH I could be a part of “Patreon” Re! Because of the “On line” work I do, the people I work with kinda forbid it. So I’m afraid this is all the support I can give ya. But ACDC-(Bonn Scott’s era)- RIDE ON!! Is a very Awesome “Bluesy” side of ACDC. Also (Bonn Scott’s) -DOWN PAYMENT BLUES! Now that song is a Banger. If you get to it. No worries if you don’t!!
May I suggest.you listen to a very emotional Motorhead song called 1916 which was later well covered. by a band called Sabaton. Everyone should hear the song at least once in their lives..
I've never seen a reactor react to zodiac mindwarp, they had a hit in the chart's called prime mover...I think you would be the first to ever react to them you could start a trend..
There's a great cover of this by Lisa Leblanc, a Canadian female banjo player (and her band). Great live performance video is at th-cam.com/video/u9SHtB1fWcI/w-d-xo.html (it's a legit link, btw).
...The "two dots" you refer to are, actually, known as: an umlaut. It is used over different vowels in certain languages, to create a specific alternate vowel sound (one not found in English - or extremely rarely - and I have no concept of how to even phoneticize the sound using, simply, English-language sounds. Essentially: it doesn't exist in English 🤷🤦). ...The joke is, however, that: Motörhead used the umlaut simply because they thought that it looked cool and it didn't change the pronunciation at all (leading to the band's name being -according to them 🙄🙄🤦- "mispronounced" in countries where umlauts ARE employed over letters in the alphabet!). I can't say whether Motörhead or Blue Öyster Cult were the first to, really, use the non-pronunciative/decorative umlaut [Simply based-on time window, it would have to be B.Ö.C.] but after those guys, many metal acts started using umlauts in their logo, simply because they thought it looked cool and/or the reputation of the bands they had admired who they saw using it before them [For instance, in the '80s, arguably, the biggest proponent of it were, likely, the l.a. band: Mötley Crüe (who "doubled-up on mispronunciation" 😛😛🤪😋😂)]. ...but yeah, so: Umlauts are actual phonetic symbols, however, in band logos, they almost NEVER function that way and were adopted because whoever used them, simply, decided "it looked cool" or they were emulating a band they grew-up admiring who also used the symbol that way (solely visually, as opposed to for its ACTUAL purpose/use!). -Get it, now??🤷 👍
Bassist / Lead Singer Lemmy Kilmister for years lived in an apartment just up the street from The Rainbow on Sunset Boulevard in L.A. . At the bar there was a video poker machine and the chair next to it was frequently occupied by Lemmy , who was a bit of a gambler . If you were curious why Lemmy played bass , he had been a roadie for Jimi Hendrix , so he figured there was no way he was ever going to be THAT GOOD , so it was on to playing the bass for him.
Hi I was just wondering if you are going to reactions to Christmas carols in December I hope so
Good idea 🤩
Totally should react to Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Very unique, very good. Going to see them in a couple of weeks!

Motörhead was a band that Punks and MeTaL heads both liked
Saw them open for Ozzy on his first solo tour. I knew Lemmy from his time in Hawkwind. This blew my mind!
I saw that tour as well, a real trifecta with Ozzy, Randy Rhodes and Motorhead all killing it. Great concert!
@@vicprovost2561 Long Beach CA for me.👍👍
When saw the first time the Motorhead live on stage in a small basketball stage, after can't hear clean for 3-4 days🤘
you should check out the collab they did with girlschool an all female metal band, songs called "please dont touch"
This is why I read comments. I've never heard of that.Cheers
Quality Track. Quality Reaction Rere.
Fantastic track wow love that.
Lemmy Kilmister (lead vocals): the voice of a thousand-a-day habit.
🤦🤦 ^^^^^when people know nothing but feel compelled to, still, say something.

Lemmy Filthy Phil and Fast Eddie....legendary!
You should listen to The Cure "Strange days" or "Siamese Twins"
Yes Rere, the drums are a workout, most likely, the drummer was sweating after playing that song!!!
