@@robandrosehobden3344 thanks Rob 🤠 Yes, the magnet was something I had seen a few others on the Dead Man's Hand Facebook group do so thought I'd give it a shot too. Turned out well so I'll do it to the other buildings with awnings now 😀
Congratulations. You have been busy 🙌🏻😁 It's all looking good. I agree, the minis do paint, and take paint very well. I got the jail after watching you video which is nearing completion. I hope your new wife lets you out from under the stairs occasionally. 😁
@@tk-eva72minis thanks buddy 😀 glad to hear you got the kit and liked it! It's a great piece, I just need to decide how to paint it. Haha it's been three weeks...and I'm still in the cupboard 😂
Great inspiration...Im in the process of creating the mdf wild west town and bought the gunfighters minis from DMH as well as the rule book and accessories...Great to see someone else do the same kind of stuff...sarissa do some cheaper mdf wagons than the DMH but will require some modelling rework which may be an option if you go down the road of loads of abandoned wagons which i may go down...cant wait to see the next edition...thanks for sharing
@@stevenwoolley2727 Hi Steven and welcome! Ah brilliant, always nice to hear about more people getting involved with this great system. Sarissa do some lovely kits, I've got a bit of a wishlist of kits that they do and I'll hopefully get a couple for Christmas from the wife and kids. I certainly could do with some more wagons so I'll be taking a look at their offerings. I'm also thinking I may need a stagecoach... The list grows! 🤠
@@JohnChocodich thank you for tagging along on the journey! Yes, I'm planning on doing a short video on painting them up quickly using speedpaints and washes. I'm just trying to decide how to base them at the moment 🤠
@@paulroberts8994 hi Paul, I'll be honest I'm struggling to put together that video. A lot of the bits I filmed for it just didn't work well at all and things went rather wrong along the way! I might sit down one evening this week and try to get something salvageable out the the footage I've got and maybe do a voice over of what did and didn't work. Watch this space 🤠
Congrats on getting married, when I got married it was weird to wear rings but got used to it. Great video again. Any plans for what comes after Dead man's Hand is completed?
@@liamkehoe5957 thanks Liam, appreciate the kind words! After Dead Man's Hand... I'm currently reading through the rulebook for Stargrave, 1490 Doom and also Last Days Zombie Apocalypse so most likely one of those. I've got a lot of sprues here for Stargrave so may do a Kitbash video when I build my crew for that one.
@@liamkehoe5957 Stargrave is pretty new to me but the kitbashing aspect of putting a crew together is really exciting to me. The plastic kits for the crew, scavengers and troopers etc are all awesome. Excited to get started with that project!
