you want to crash the 3rd wave eficiently.. that means, you want to fully crash the wave (melee minions hitting tower) if you hit nasus his minions will aggro you and your minions will still push, it means that the 2nd wave will push too early, it means that you may have to farm the 3rd wave under nasus tower.. that sucks and you may get stuck in a bad position + if enemy jungler started topside you could be ganked at lvl 2 i guess and nasus could freeze... or enemy jungler will be botside when you crash the 3rd wave so there is nothing to invade / kill

If u win lanes often it means your mechanics are higher than your elo. i.e. your mechanics could be plat or diamond elo. However you're hardstuck gold, which means that your macro is silver tier or lower.
A lot of people are complaining about how a challenger is smurfing in plat and even i think that it is a bit unfair + ur basically stealing the lp from random players but i think that its good because they show the mistakes the low elo players make and how the challenger played punishes them based on the mistake
Any strat that involves coinflipping early fights is bad advice for low elo, and advising lower elo players (who won't have the mechanics of Hector) to skirmish early w/o factoring in sums/mid prio is absolutely a coinflip. You didn't even factor in the fact that Hector took ignite and didn't assess the mid roam potential. Worst case is dying w/o a kill and that's absolutely a possibility there. The best advice I've received is both high percentage and repeatable across games. Stuff like abusing face-checking, poor csing, and roam windows have been clutch in my climb.

For example, why should assassins 9 out of 10 always opt for serrated dirk instead of warhammer, because with merely 1100 golds, u get 30 AD and 10 lethality while the latter sacrifice 5 AD for only 10 haste which is not enough and not valuable for the role that deletes opponents in one spell rotation, not to mention 10 leathality leads to tremendous damage boost in the early game when everyone's armor is not yet stacked up. These Concepts are never taught in most of the videos like these. You only learn them by watching those high-elo streamers, especially one-tricks. And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, pay attention when they explain match-ups and their reasons for purchasing a particular item. THIS will help you a lot more than watching those "commercial ads".
Let's me give u 1 tip. Play however u like be smart and be better than ur opponents. If its not possible u reached ur rank. Now if u r at division 1 so silver 1 bronze 1 etc. Just use boosting sites if u can't achieve it for free. Get ur rank and stop playing rank just play normals. Clash aram. Once in a while q ranked get slapped and go back to normals.
