Sir, I have filed DIR-3 KYC form in MCA V3 portal but haven't received any acknowledgement or receipt as proof of submission. How to get the same?

I have not done dir 3 KYC this year, but when my OTPs are verified it is giving that your KYC is already done with SRN NO. xxxxxxx . How to resolve this problem. For other directors of the company it easily generated the acknowledgement. Where to verify that KYC is already done.
