Check your coffee powder and how fine of your coffee powder. I used 18g espresso grinder with 90 Celsius because it have pre-i fusion 5s. You need to try and make sure the right grind. Hope can help.

You have to grind it more fine, plus the fresher the beans from its roasting date the better. I have the same problem before. I order online for freshly roasted beans not in supermarkets which are usually too old for freshness.
