Welcome to artifact grind hell Farming for 4 piece golden troupe for Fischl will take a while but you can use AtK% sand and for goblet em, atk% or electro damage EM, Electro DMG, and crit would be ideal but Fischl gain a LOT of DMG bonus and em from her weapon and set effect that ATK% become almost just as good unlike other characters
Id go with atk sands and stringless. She doesnt need the ER, 120 is more that enough or even no ER at all is douable in most cases... Hope it helps :) As a side-note, for tighnari id recomend the 3* bow Slingshot. F2p, easy to r5 and very close to the 5* paid options on him.

A tip for players that already have a decent team, if you’re building characters for abyss and theater, first level them up to 70 and do the ascension from 70 to 80, level up the first priority talent to 8 and max level the weapon, do not waste resin on artifacts if you haven’t built at least 2 to 3 teams for the abyss, your goal is to three star floor 11 and for floor 12 it’s a mystery cause I haven’t managed to win the first chamber cause the requirement is max talents and levels and for 4 star characters some constellations…

I did see that you did not have a weapon call the alley hunter. This is a pretty good weapon that you may want to keep a eye on. It gives the user 20% dmg increase when not on the field. at rank 5 it is 40%. It gives atk and atk%. Do what you want with this info. I wish you good luck with your fixing account series Mio.

Fischl doesn’t need energy recharge, in fact she’s THE energy recharge for other electro characters. She generates a lot of energy particles and since her best teams have multiple electro characters (which means she gets a lot more energy) fischl’s ER needs are nonexistent.
That being said, it’s good to have golden troupe pieces with ER because furina uses that set and furina has high ER requirements (unless you’re running her in a mono hydro team and have an ER weapon on her but even then furina has so many teams and is such a flexible unit that it doesn’t hurt to have a set you can run in other teams anyways)

Stringless is rlly good on fischl .She mostly uses her skill rather than ult and stringless gives em for reactions and more skill dmg for oz:))
