Haven’t really been active in the comment section past few days and I’m sorry about that, I know it helps a lot when we comment and I try do it as often as I can. I’ve been dealing with some health issues lately while also feeling a bit insecure about my appearance which has put me in a depressive state the past few days. Been hitting the gym lately just to try and take better care of myself, but this three day weekend really took the best of me with how disappointed I started feeling towards myself. I’m learning everyday to be patient and forgiving with myself and understand that I’ll see progress the more I go. Thank you for the constant reassurance you give me with your audios everyday Mindful.
