Take a look around Serenity Campinng site and the bays of Staithes and Runswick Bay. We walk to Boulby Cliffs and some of the Cleveland Wayincluding a view over Port Mulgrave.
You’re welcome Ann. It’s the ideal base for exploring beautiful Runswick Bay and Staithes. We had a lovely time there and hope you do too 😀. Best regards, Rob & Gail
Agree Dave & Helen, we had a nice time at Serenity and enjoyed the quieter seaside location and rugged coastline. A bit of sunshine ☀️ makes all the difference. All the best. Rob
Checked into here yesterday Rob. You never mentioned the 1 in 4 hill out of Sandsend towards Hinderwell ! Lol 🤣 Fortunately my 3litre pulled the van no problem ! Howard
Hi Howard, Never thought about the hill, probably because my 3 litre pulls the van like a dream and it’s approx a 65% match. Maybe I should mention anything like this in future for the benefit of fellow caravaners and motor homers. Hope you have a good time there and the weather stays fine 🌞 All the best, Rob
@@robswiseways5697 Yes I’m glad I changed my car to 3L V6 Touareg it soon climbed the hills - bit of a challenge from Pickering too on the A169 through Sleights ! Thanks again for the vlogs Rob !
Hi Rob We had great trip to Lickpenny Matlock after your superb review and now looking at your Serviced pitches series and came across this review of Serenity. Never heard of this area but you’ve certainly given us a destination for next year. Looks like you were lucky with the weather but the lace looks lovely . Many thanks for all the time and effort you put into these vlogs as we for one gain lots of information, hints and tips and open up places that we have never seen and will hopefully enjoy. One point - the left hander into the site from main road looked a bit tight . Was it just the video that made it look a bit neat ? Thanks again Kind Regards Howard & Sandra
Great to read such a positive comment Howard, you’ve made my day. We both enjoy making these videos and sharing them on TH-cam. I think I’m slowly improving after my very shaky self conscious start. Glad you enjoyed Lickpenny, we found it a beautiful site, one of those hidden gems. For Serenity take a wide swing into the entrance and you’ll be fine. Our caravan is 6,75m or 22’ 2” long. We had a brilliant time exploring this interesting area and the weather was baking hot. Thank you once again, all the best. Rob
We really enjoyed it there Justin. The hut does look cosy though with its own private outdoor space. We've managed on 10 amps in late autumn but not stayed on 10 amps in winter yet. I suppose it would be a bit of a juggle switching one appliance off when another is required, but would be manageable. Thanks for watching and take care. Rob
Hello Neal, Glad we inspired you to visit this lovely site and great to hear you weren’t disappointed. Hope you had a good time exploring the area. We certainly did. Best regards and thanks for your comment, Rob & Gail 👍😀
Hi Derek, Lovely site and area. The site is open 1st April to 31st October, so managing 10amps during these months shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Thanks for watching. Cheers. Rob
Lovely video of the campsite surrounding area. Thanks Rob and Gail 😘
Hi Barbs, We love the places to visit from this site and what a beautiful coastline. Thanks for watching and best wishes, Rob & Gail 😀
We are off there in 4 days thanks for the recommendation x

Thank you ❤❤
Looks a great place Rob, thanks for sharing. Cheers Dave & Helen 👍

Looks a nice site and a great location. Not sure about the hut, and 10 amps would be a challenge in winter but otherwise ok I guess.

There's a thatched cottage in Hinderwell not far from the campsite.....
Hello Lynn, We missed the thatched cottage, we do like to see them. Great village and lovely area. Thanks for watching and best regards, Rob & Gail 😀
Maybe high street was levelled…
Everyone shops online these days 😂. Thanks for watching. Cheers Rob & Gail 😀
