Josh, have you been into a homeDepot store. OMG , piss poor customer service, a bunch of people who know absolutely nothing and could care less. I almost walked out last time I was in there. Then one lady came and saved the day. She was knowledgeable , articulate, and friendly. Unlike all the other employees , she actually seemed as if she cared. I know HD has a lot of levers they can pull, like stealing vacation days from employees, to pressuring to work like dogs. but eventually those levers will be eroded with poor customer service and stupid people who shouldn't be at the front of the store.
