    Very interesting!
I mostly do, 1 compound movement exercise per muscle group/body part, thats it.
    Training 2 days a week.
    8-9 sets x 12 reps for 2 months
    8-9 sets x 10 reps for 2 months
    8-9 sets x 08 reps for 2 months
    8-9 sets x 06 reps for 2 months
Then i start all over again.
    Works really really well!

0:36 have a question! Thought about it at 3am sonitsnon my mind lol.. inknow the important of resting and healing muscles so that can grow more or proper.. i.have a hard hard time doing this. Being a hybrid type athlete and bow starting to take my lifting more seriously last 7 months.. I keep.super active all day.. do random mini ityy bitty workout through out day with dumbells resistance band elliptical with bad ans ankle weights ( mybjob lets me do this..) plus i get in my incline treadmill workout. Eveery morning ( mostly) then lifting at night after work . I eat enough and what I need to get me thoughtout day .. but to get to question.. moving around all day keeps my muscles nice and loose . I'm a bit sore but after a few kovmemts goes away..but come 3 am every night the soreness come bad.
Keeps me from sleeping 😢 should I wait till that goes away before doim my next leg / glute day or Keep doing what I'm doing.. note I watch dr mike and he's my coach lol just feel during the moment I'm okay but really tired of the soreness/ hurting after being still too long.

The Swiss seminar advertisement. You mention early bird schedule that’s good until July 1st. Update those advertisements 🤣 I know you hate doing them but hearing “we’re just gonna run with it”. It takes a little professionalism away IMO. Ps I am a huge fan since the early 2000s. So I am attempting to convey my thoughts without being rude.

While you do make the distinction between natty and not clear, still the talking points about longevity are muddied. Barring genetic outliers no natty lifters will have cardiovascular risks of having too much muscle. Just don't disregard cardio work and retain your strength.
