I love Georgette's music especially " I hope you knew"...When she sings that I think of my own mother who I lost....She definitely inherited her mother's voice...I love how she is singing Tammy's songs...I grew up listening to Tammy's music and glad she is carrying on the tradition of singing like her parents...Your parents would be proud Georgette!!! You have a beautiful voice! And that's so cool that Vince Gill is there too!
Just the best ever, you have your own voice, genetics is an influence I hear your Mom, your dad's timing with some Patsy Cline phrasing...a good influence to have. I want to hear more and wow singing live too...just perfect!
I once told Georgette that I loved her mother long before her father did. She laught and said she would tell him when she visited him. She can sign her mom's songs and it makes me think back to listening to Tammy.
I KNOW YOUR TALENT IS SO PURE BUT IT BRINGS MEMORIES TO ME OF MY FOLKS..I WANT TO SAY IF YOU EVERY WANT MORE PHOTOS I'D NEVER DEPRIVE THEM TO YOU..GOD BLESS..
Jamie you are a blessed man to be married to a woman with such a lovely voice. Please let her know she has a fan in Cincinnati! (And many more im sure)
Jamie, Simply fantastic! I recorded Georgette when she passed through Montreal in Sept of 2014. I have posted several live videos of her and her band on my site. Was hoping you would be part of it but they did a great job nonetheless! What a show! I met her before the show and found her to be so humble and down to earth. If you get the chance, please tell her that I recorded a few of George's songs on my site, including He Stopped Loving Her Today, it would mean a lot to me if she would take a listen. I will subscribe to your site now and wish only success to you and Georgette as she continues the tradition of Country Music in the manner that her parents blazed the trail before her! Long time George Jones and Tammy Wynette and new Georgette Jones fan! GP
This is the first song Tammy had a hit on, I think Johnny Paycheck wrote it. It’s tough to sing it especially the way Tammy did as you can plainly hear.
@@hinsfan1They never mention the songwriters, and in most cases the general public just assume the singer also wrote the song, and I really never liked that and think they should be mentioned as much as possible. But I didn’t know Fuzzy Owens had cowritten this song either. Or the other writer, simply because Johnny was a singer and I just assumed he was the only writer, my bad too.
I love Georgette's music, but I'm a fan because she's such a nice person. Just follow her on Twitter of LIke her on Facebook and see how she interacts with people. She is the best!
Love it! I saw her once when I went to see her parents , she was a little girl then. So glad she’s keeping up the tradition.
She has a beautiful voice. Her mom and dad would be so proud.

Gold Digger wasn't Georgette a nurse for 17 years, doesn't sound like a gold digger to me, she,s very talented...
Singing Steel Pedal Guitar
Pretty decent singer but the pedal steel is truly the star here.
NURSES do it better!
