I'm not a huge fan of live recordings, but it works so well for this song. The echoey effect on Maynard's voice gives him almost a Choral sound, as if he's singing in church. Contrast that with the instrumental and you've got a really freaking cool song

I believe they are a great band. I always fear I am stuck in that generational music rut where I can't get past an era of music, but I don't think thats it. Even my son an step son listen to Tool. Plus, I should be listening to 80's music if that were the case. Tool moves me mentally in a way no other band can do. It is for intellects. I love convoluted things, it stimulates my mind.

The negative feelings are ten-fold when it is an unoriginal, thrown together video for a Tool song. This is the exception, pure art. The beauty of the Peach cover, performed by Tool is matched, if not overshadowed by this sepia tone exhibit of love, loss, and destruction of innocence. The care given to the songs ambience, the detail in movement... whomever put this together, poured there heart, soul, and a hell of a lot of free time (stop motion animation) into this visual interpretation of the song.
