for calculate Fan CFM, buy CFM meter from market, it will exactly tell you the CFM of your fan. Start Fan, put CFM meter close to Fan Jaali and this CFM meter will tell you the CFM of Fan. You can also check each and every Fan CFM.

Adab Dr. Saab, I am Arindam chatterjee from India. I have an EC poultry farm 5642 sqf. Just before 3 days 962 bird died due to humidity problem at the age of 40 days approx 2.4 kg body weight. I have 4 exhaust fan ( 54 inch. ) but didn't have air inlet or minimum ventilation. What should i do? and how to control humidity problems in future so that can avoid this type of disaster. pl. Help me.
Kindly static pressure k related bteay ga, agr House ki height 9 ft aur width 46 ft ho tu static pressure in inches of water column kitna hona cheay aur kaisy calculate krty hn...
Generally 0.04 to 0.10 Static Pressure is good for Poultry House....in very tight house and with all fans it will be 0.15...The largest amount of air is moved at 0.00 inch static pressure. As static pressure increases, a fan must work harder and the amount of air moved decreases.

In 200 Foot shed, desired velocity is 500 foot/minute? why? the thumb rule is to cross the air in one minute, hence required velocity will be 200 foot per minute and your answer will be equal
