2 perfects + 1 sacrificial round per each opponent except Sagat. No perfects against Sagat. :( In theory, greater than 1.7M is achievable. There's some bonus material after 28:15 as well. ;)
@@jonahjameson272 hard to make that call. Ssf2 is eternally plagued by the slowness but still a great game. Turbo/hyper fighting is a great game, but has its limitations. Plenty of following for it here in southern California (arcarde/fightcade/1up), but it seems to be less appreciated throughout the rest of the world. :D
