I’m making a mini winter squash, how many rows of 17 chains

I want to buy the pattern through ravelry but it asking me to sign in with PayPal, I don’t want to create a PayPal account. Upon checking out I choose to pay with visa but towards the end it wanted me to create a PayPal account. Is there a way to process skipping creating a PayPal account? Help.
You will have to talk to Ravelry. They handle the transaction and I believe they only accept Paypal. The pattern is also available on Etsy.
