Fantastic meditation, absolutely loved the focus on the counting, i could see each number as you said it being a colour it helped me to stay more focused.
For whom is on their search to whatever your heading to, or searching for. Try to remember when you got the feeling you might be “stuck” on your part, cause of “trying to hard”. Well you are so this is the time to reflect again and look inside what it makes you are doing so. Goodluck🙏🏻❤️

Remember folks , your focus wont improve in a day. Consitent practise in this distracted world with technology Stop doomscrolling replace with healthier habits such as micro learning (book summaries), meditation, journal, micro journaling (use notes app on your phone). Reduce social media as muxh as possible. As well reduce phone usage in general
