I'm not sure where the problem would be without seeing it. You don't need a mixer but most of the time people don't have an external/portable speaker. Could this be the problem for you? The Raiden Fader is a plug and play, you just need the cords and a speaker to play it on. The PT-01 Scratch is the only model that you can scratch and play through internal speakers. Other models thus far, you will need an external speaker (or mod). If this is not the case, can you maybe describe your connection?
Joezinho Official Well. I bought a crossfader from jddx2r and all it makes me believe is that it's broken. so I have a numark pt01 scratch and I can't bet with it because nothing is heard. Do I need an external speaker for this? where exactly are the audio cables connected?thank you for answer.
@@paulionutz As long as the inputs and outputs are in the right place it should work. Line in from the turntable to the input of the fader, output to speaker source... or wait, actually the PT-01 Scratch might just have it connected for the fader on board. I know innofader sells the fader itself to replace the stock fader for a smoother experience. You'll need an external speaker of you are using an portable fader on the scratch I believe. Sorry for the confusion. Plus the sound is much better on the external anyway. I don't recommend the UE Boom series as it lags considerably after updating to the lastest firmware.

Ive got the raiden fader, the numark pt01, a slip mat and the scratch roulette. Am I good to go?
You should get a 45 adaptor otherwise that record will slide up. All you need is a portable speaker & cables and you're good to go!
