最近新聞報導叫市民唔好亂食健康產品,因為會傷肝傷腎,要食747個蕃茄才攝取到到足夠NMN份量,咁即係健康產品好濃縮啦,但身體一次過食咁濃縮不可以吸收曬,多餘都係排返出來,又要肝臟和腎臟額外排毒,操勞肝臟和腎臟,肝酵素好易過高,即係等於自助餐都不可以天天食,食一次自助餐食咁多嘢都會傷身體啦,你話問醫生意見,但我每次睇醫生都問醫生有冇需要食健康產品,醫生都答我不建議我食健康產品。

我朋友天天食首烏,之後去body check肝酵素高咗,之後停食首烏肝酵素就正常返。
你每日只食NMN就不過量,如果食埋其他健康產品就真係過量,好多人每天不只食NMN健康產品,每天有食幾款健康產品
