I’m Japanese and writing English roughly 30 mails per day. Almost all of my colleges don’t write English emails in proper ways. But this video is a big help and I’ll share it among them.

Nobody writes Dear.... in informal settings! Why do teachers and books still teach that? Actually, Dear is used when the setting is slightly formal, eg. colleague, someone you know well but are not friends with, perhaps some aquintance. When talking to friends or family we use hi, hey, howdy,...etc. Even when I'm communicating with someone on ebay regarding some business they always reply with HI. Every time I'm introduced to native speaker they always say Hi. When I chat to someone on Facebook they always say Hi. So can anyone explain why? is it still taught in books to use Dear?
This vedio is very helpful for me because I don't know how to start email and per day I write 10 emails and some time I ignore the emails because I don't knew how to reply but as per now, I am able to reply emails. Thanks for making this vedio

I work in school, there are a lot of technic issue, I have emailed to IT help desk many times. Some problem was fixed, but some not. But I still need to email them ask questions. Do I need to say something like" sorry to bother you again" this kind of sentence in front of the email?

Once/twice a month. I had a personal question, is it necessary to be that much formal for people who we are not even close with? Why does writing in plain language not advisable? It seems real this way honestly!
@@EnglishwithAdriana All new expressions, phrasal verbs, indioms, structures...I've been learning, I put them on Anki in order to review them and keep them on my long-term memory.
English with Adriana , yes i use some of these phrases in my daily email like: Dear sir/madam Dear Mr/ Mrs Please let me know if ... Please find out attached.... Kind regards Best wishes
