The original and reissue are identical. It's a reissue, not a remaster. The only difference is that the reissue has the additional bonus track Kissing in Cars. which was also present on the Japanese edition of the album. That whistle is in the "original" version too, TH-cam compression from an already lossy audio file is probably why you don't hear it
Hey I just got back from listening to and bunch of early times and before today (ptv old stuff) and there old stuff is bad quality cause it was made in the 90’s so I came back to this and went WOW THIS IS CLEAN... oh yeah. It feels like I’m reliving why I fell in love with this band except it’s only been two hours without them XD
