Sir FYI we cannot misguide people in today's world as everyone knows better then each other. Secondly regarding Blue world city, the only fact is that it'll take years to develope and deliver. And in this video we have said the same. Pls tell what is misguiding in this. See the rates, they are very low according to any property in the city with such a large development target. People are not paying their installments because of 0 delivery. That's the only reason.
