Do models with throwing spears count towards the bow limit? I wonder that a lot playing Rohan, but it sounds like you are loading up models with the throwing spears
No, throwing spears aren't bows :) Also riders of Rohan, who have bows, don't count towards the bow limit, so you can pack a lot of firepower in a Rohan list!
Isn't the 450 list like 454 points? Would that be a problem for 450 capped events?
Where do I find the stats rules for Deorwine and Dernhelm? I have the Rule with with Gandalf on it and the Strategy Battle Game book with points and Scenarios. Am I missing a book?

Are there no issues running the Eowyn figure as Dernhelm??
Depends on the event, to this day I just use the Eowyn mini and the merry on foot mini sitting on the ground behind her when space allows.
