पर्सनल ID का इस्तेमाल भी एजेंट अभी भी करते है इसीलिए समस्या अभी भी वही है,पर्सनल ID में रेलवे को कड़ी निगाह रखनी चाहिये, संदेहास्पद ID को तुरंत ब्लॉक कर देना चाहिये।
