I am 73 and I have been seeing brain specialist/neurologist for the last 2 years. Not because I show cognitive decline but because my father had altzheimer and I want to do everything within my control through life style factors to not have same fate my dad did. YET, my last specialized brain MRI did show some small iron leaks and I will be taking another MRI this month to ensure nothing gets worse. Last visit, my doctor gave me quick memory test and he told me he never saw anyone ace the test as I have, not only on spot but also 30 minute later. So as Gupta said, there are very high functioning aging people. So I get why Biden believes he is still very cognitively capable and MY VOTE IS STILL FOR HIM.
